I was in a couple weeks ago. Wife and I both got in the Qless app at 7:30 on the dot and we still had to go up before 4pm and wait inside. Very, very busy place. They need the manpower to run every booth but never do.
Get the form from your doctor and then take it to them and they issue it to you. You have to get inline early like 730 might be able to until 8am but they fill up fast for the day as they are doing appointments only through Q-less right now due to covid. You might be able to mail it as well.
