I was told that if i wait to file for my own social security until my husband has filed and is drawing, then I can draw off of him and his higher amount. How does this work?

Take a nice little trip to the social security office and have I said down and talk to one of the employees at and Social Security Administration and they will be happy to let you know any and everything that you need to know they are very friendly people and they do not find any information from you for anything.
