I have never seen anything so crazy you come 4 year later and put on my credit report that I owe you money. I have transfer my device and been at my current address for over 3-4 years and you want me to pay and show proof I paid the bill. You tell me your system back then was not work correctly and that it was not paid. I can not believe this and it crazy you are doing this to customers.

Been without internet for a week. Technicians are all super friendly and so is customer support. But Cox as a whole awful. Unfortunately there’s no other options for internet in the area other wise I would change in a heartbeat.

It's at least twice sometimes three times a month there is issues with the wifi getting tired of it and looking for a new company to go with. Last night around 1 am there was issues and today at 930ish it cuts off again. About a week later they shut the internet off to do maintenance
