If i oculd give this place negative stars I would. Ups Manhattan is an absolutely pathetic excuse for a business was supposed to have my prescription meds overnighted to me, well sure enough the morning after I ordered the item was out for delivery. Well it was never delivered I had a timeframe of 2-5 p.m at 6 p.m I contacted customer service and ws told not to worry that the package was guaranteed delivery by end of day and that they would extend there hours if needed. Well not 10 mins after I get an email telling me my delivery will be scheduled for alater date. Well here I am 2 days later and still waiting. Avoid ups at all cost if your in the Manhattan/JC area

My package was supposed to be here the 15th and it’s the 18th they said my address is wrong on Amazon. I looked and it was right. I never got an email from them telling me what to do or anything. I called the number I got online and a robot told me the same thing I already knew. I simply want my stuff!
