DON'T COME HERE. Very poorly staffed, EXTRENELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I showed up to do an emissions test and get an oil change and thought it would be fast because there was no car in the emissions part of the garage. Was told it was an hour wait because there were four cars in front of me (not doing emissions). I can only see three employees working a site that has five garage doors. They finally finish an hour and a half later and did my oil change and NOT my emissions because they said they are short staffed. Why the hell didn't you say this when I showed up! They also charged me $115 for the oil change when Lub Doc in Orem charges $55. What a joke of a location.

DON'T TAKE A HI-TECH (or newer) CAR TO A LOW TECH SERVICE! I get it when they needed to order a filter for my 2020 Cayenne, they can't stock them all. Then they had to hold up the line (some customers didn't wait) while they watched a video on how to change the oil on my car (seriously). 2 hours later they were unable to re-set my service indicator although before bringing the car in and when I brought it in the manager and a tech assured me they could. Their solution: "you'll have to take it to the dealer".....really? No response from their corporate office from phone messages and on-line email. Oh yes the list of services on their menu on the wall including washing windows and vacuuming, forget it as they "are short staffed," makes one wonder what other short cuts were taken. Advertise a "senior discount," but then have "no coupon to apply it." Save yourself a major headache and find a competent service, supported by a responsible franchisor. UPDATE after pleading with me for my contact information, both email and phone number as the "Marketing Manager wanted to reach out to" me (presumably make things right), no call or communication from them in two weeks.

They take forever! Their service is not knowledgeable and the are struggling with what they do. I will not ever be returning to this place.

They ruined my car, blew me engine up and won't call me back on how I can get it fixed. The DM won't return my calls, a $30,000 car that won't run because of these guys blew up it by messing up my oil and nobody is helping me
