Old fashioned customer service, this should be their motto as it is absolutely their practice… I had a project requiring a 30’ flag pole quickly, I called at least a dozen retailers who quoted me 8-10 weeks until I found colonial flag. When speaking with Lauren I learned they do in house fabrication and carry items in stock. It is my belief and experience that most other retailers are essentially flag pole brokers, colonial flag definitely has the edge on their competition. Lauren spent the time to educate me on the advantages of different configurations, sent me plans and drawings for submittal to our local planning department and turned around 2 flag poles customized differently within 2 days. I highly recommend colonial flag and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided by Lauren.

Hi Fred, we have some 12"x18" hand held Swiss flags available. We also have some larger 3'x5' available. We have several different pole options for the larger sized flag. Thanks!
We do! We carry kits with the pole, flag, and bracket as well. Most of our brackets are designed to fit 1" diameter poles. We do have brackets for other sizes though!

It depends. Colonial has all of the parts for a replacement. If you have a service agreement they will come out and replace it, if not, you can still have them do it, or you can do it yourself.
