I realize this is a high end place but I have looked at every sushi place that serves regular food also and no where else was fried rice $15. What's the reasoning behind this??

It's a great big portion size.

Sushi mido isn't high end sushi. It's good sushi at a pretty reasonable price. My daughter and I have lunch there in Saturdays and end up spending about 20 bucks with tip and taxes. We walk away saying how stuffed we are. I've never had the fried rice. It's a sushi joint so I get 🍣. The all you can eat sushi is pretty pricey but hey if you can eat $25 worth of sushi, more power to you.

My son always orders the fried rice and loves it. It is a large portion and could probably be split. He normally takes some home.
