I have been a loyal customer since the store opened. I even worked at this store to help pay my way through college. Never had a trip as disappointing as the one today. As we were checking out, my wife said “I don’t want to come back. I can tell that they are laughing at us.” I asked who was laughing and it wasn’t a guest or target team member but the two boys that were working at Capital Federal. For the manager of the store. These two were working as tellers at 2:30 p.m. on 9/1. They seemed to find it pretty funny that she was unable to walk and was using a motorized cart. The bank tellers showed their character and continued the snicker after she pointed it out to me. She recently had a hysterectomy and this was her first day out of the house. Having employees point and laugh at someone that is disabled is pretty low, even for Cap Fed. I wish our trip to the store had ended on a more positive note. Target is an inclusive and understanding workplace, but it is pretty clear that Capital Federal is not. We will not be visiting this location again. Also, we used to do our banking through CapFed and it’s a great bank if you want your identity stolen and like replacing all your cards 4 times a year.

Normally pretty busy in the evenings or after normal 9-5 hours. Well kept and clean from my experience. Shelves always stocked when I’ve been there.
