They can accommodate, but you would have to see their rotating menu and ask for the changes.
They do have a couple salad options that could be adapted but their menu rotates on local farm grown meats and veggies. I would suggest calling ahead to see what they have that day, otherwise there are other establishments nearby in Excelsior and Wayzata that have more along that line.
