I have visited this caribou a few times. The first time I visited it was extremely busy and the staff was rocking it! While I was at the pickup counter I said "you guys are rocking it." No one must have heard me because there was no acknowledgment. I return another morning and I had a new person helping me at the register. Morgan was of great help and he was always wearing such a beautiful smile. He got my dog a pup cup which made both my dog and I happy. I returned the next day to fill my coffee addiction again. I went to the drive-thru this time and I was not surprised when I got to the window that it was Morgan helping me again. His customer service is top-notch and makes me want to continue to frequent this location!

This is my favorite coffee spot in the area! The staff is the absolute friendliest and my coffee order is always spot on. It’s my dogs favorite place as well lol. Some of the recent bad reviews seem to be really unfair given the current staffing shortages that are being seen EVERYWHERE. I’ve never had a problem here ☺️

I get the same coffee here every day and it’s usually alway done well and I appreciate the staff. Unfortunately I walk in today to the counter and no one acknowledges me the whole time. Customer service 101, even when your busy you can say sorry I’ll be with you in a second. Trust me it’s not like your saving lives. Be better….

Great coffee shop. Drinks are perfect every time! Cozy atmosphere. Not too busy and staff is always friendly here😊
