I echo everyone’s sentiment here. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, hands down. So slow, sometimes they don’t even get my prescription ready that day despite me calling in. It’s very frustrating. The only person that has redeemed themselves is the heavier set gentlemen with the glasses. Love that guy - he saves the day for that place.

Called to check on a product, finally talked to one person after seven minutes on hold, after 10 more minutes on hold I decided to drive to the store. I was still on hold when I arrived, and the store had four employees and two customers total yet no one was answering the phone. To top it off, they didn’t even have what I wanted.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. They hang up on you, or they say can’t tell you when or if something is ready over the phone and tell you to just come into the store. But when you come into the store there is always an issue. It’s out of stock, or I can’t find your prescription, or it never got filled. They tell you it will be ready the next day but when you come back in the same thing. I get pharmacies are probably hectic and they may be understaffed or something, but they just don’t seem to care at all about helping or serving their customers. It’s worth driving to a different location.

This is the worst Walgreens ever. They do not answer their phones and when finally the tech did, she tried to tell me how much medication I was prescribed last week when just out of surgery! (Dah, I know that) so that’s the reason your not filling my prescription? What the hell! It’s none of your business, the doctor prescribed the medication! Then I’m told insurance needs to approve the cost. What the heck???? They’ve know about this all afternoon. Why has it taken more than 6 hours to handle this? Then they disconnect you! Never doing business with these people ever again!
