Why do you picture your burgers with everything on them, then serve them plain? Then tell the customers we picture every thing you could have on it. Is this a joke?

I am sure neither one of you understood. I ordered the burger pictured on the menu, which Displays the burger with Two buns, two patties, two slices of cheese,onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard. I ordered extra pickle on that. What i recieved was a double cheddar burger with extra pickle, no ketchup,no mustard and no onions. Then told im suppose to ask for those. No, i shoulndt, culvers displays the item with all that on there, if someome does not want those ingredients they then ask to remove those items.

Culver's has always done a great job for me with special orders. The default burger is usually loaded! Fabulous fast food!!

Some people don't want the trimmings, others do. Just order it with everything and see what you get. I always do and sm never disappointed.
