I have bad experience with my sandwiched at this particular location, for the past 4-5 orders. The order is messed my every single time. Something is always missing every single time. When I ordered today, i even call right after i order and request to make it right( which kill the the convenience of online ordering). And guess what, it was missing stuff again. I called the store. The explanation is they have new staff, but this is been the excuse for the past 2 yrs.. really? As usual , they offered to send a new sandwich. I work in a corporation near by and there a specific reason i order JJ, it the the time factor. I don't have time to sit around waiting to get the right sandwich i ordered. This is so frustrating. Never going back.
