I just ordered from here for the first time tonight. The food is incredible. It is the best Indian food I’ve had since moving to Minnesota 7 years ago. Will be back goat sure…

Food was great, but it would have been nice if alcohol was served again and if they somehow made the buffet available again. The atmosphere was clean and earily dead. There was low lighting because there were no lights on, just waning sunlight. More lighting would have been nice and if there was music, because there was no music playing. Music played over in India would have been cool. Our waitress was nice and knew the menu well. The staff, including our waitress, stayed back in the kitchen mostly. So, it was spooky quiet except for me and my friend. We had to walk back to the kitchen and knock on the door to get our waitress' attention in order to order more food off of the menu. Then she was attentive again. We still gave her a nice tip. There was not another customer for the whole time we were there. Just pick up for delivery, I believe, at the front desk. We were there from 5:15pm (they open at 5pm) until we left at 7/7:30pm on a Friday night (5/27/22). My friend has been to a lot of Indian restaurants back in California and she shared that one of the best parts, that she loved about those restaurants, was that the Naun bread was free, which would probably bring in more customers. I really hope this restaurant makes it because the food was honestly really good! Loved the plum sauce with the Vegetable Samosa (potato and peas stuffed triangle pastry), the Chicken Curry (it had a more yellowish/orange medium spiced curry sauce in my opinion), and the garlic Naun bread! One last thing, if they had filtered water that would have been MUCH better than the tap water they served us. Wayzata is known for not having the cleanest water in the area.

This is the best Indian restaurant in Minnesota. Our family gets takeout from Bukhara once a week, we feel so thankful to be able to share such authentic North Indian cuisine with our kids. All the vegetarian dishes we’ve tried are delicious and we appreciate the mild spice levels. Thanks Bukhara team for making it so easy to share our culture and cuisine with our children!

I believe it goes from 11am-2:30pm. I also can't remember the exact cost, but I think it's around $10 or $11.
