We had a special order on a Big Mac. We did not want the middle bun. What we received was a Big Mac with no buns at all. Thank you for the fork and knife, you're supposed to eat a Big Mac with a fork and a knife? Very disappointing. The rest of our order was pretty good so I am giving them three stars.

Consistently the slowest McDonalds I ever have to go to. Has two drive through a bit only takes orders one at a time. So pathetic.

So for how busy McDonald's are especially on a Saturday. Which this location was none different, did a wonderful job! Staff was friendly, fast and efficient. Had a large order with numerous mccafe drinks too. They got everything right and we were all very 🙏 and happy 😊

The order was wrong and they made me pay for it and didn’t give any coupons. The manager/supervisor lady was rude. Customer service horrible. Other locations will give me coupons for freebies or at least not make me pay when They mess up.
