I believe all stores has it. Jc penny, Macy's, Kohls etc. Good luck!

I'd start with JC Penney. Most of the other stores are boutique-ish in their size collection. I have a hard time finding 14s, in a lot of them. So, stick to your department stores, like, penny's, sears, Carson's, even Nordstrom's. Good luck! Remember, there's always ebay, let it go, Posh and fb market. Sometimes, you have to look outside the box - especially, when that box is a mall!
