I have since September 2017 multiple lumber fracture and was send to this drs for pain management and shots. Only appointment available is March 2018. What is going on in America? To the hell with Obama ! ES

It is 100% the office and staff and doctor I ended up back with my previous pain management doctor because after leaving over 20 messages some on voicemail and many with the front office staff and the doctor’s assistant with ZERO return calls Even my medical group and pharmacy could not get return calls from this office or their office manager or the doctor’s assistant or even the doctor If you can seek treatment someplace else - understaffed, ill trained and I professional this office the staff and doctor And be very careful as when you go to complete their intake form this doctor wants to you to give him “irrevocable access” to all your medical records which is something no individual should ever give any doctor It is all this office the staff and doctor not the federal government I’d say run as fast as you can from this office and the doctor and seek treatment someplace else

Synovation is the absolute worst "medical" office there is on this planet. I despise them. Front office is MEAN. Dr is rude and heartless.

Good luck with that office I wouldn't go I find somewhere else. They can't see you till March that's ridiculous. Front office no comment. Doctors or PAs very rude, heartless, don't waste your time or money.

I have already made an appointment with them for tomorrow. I'm pretty nervous after reading all these reviews. They left a message on my answering machine to make an appointment. 1 point. I returned their call and was able to get an appointment tomorrow morning 1 point. I asked the receptionist if I had to wait long hours and about the bad reviews. Apparently they are aware of them. She said things have changed. I'm going in tomorrow with an open mind to be fair. So far they have 2 points.
