I don't think blue skies is a temporary site for RVs. I would call Mike Thompson's RV or Holland RV centers and ask them where they think a good place for you would be and you could tell them your exact needs
Will they accept as 54-year old in the park or is it strictly 55+

Looking to rent for 3 months 12/18/18 to 3/18/19. What are the rental costs
there for a furnished mobile 2BR 2Bath or 2BR one bath. Also have
a trained service dog 18 lbs.

good question. i know of a new 2 bdrm 2 bath with den, furnished. for $2200 per month plus deposit. pet friendly. 1170 sq ft

No, all the spaces are occupied with trailers either single or double wide but you could purchase and replace one. However the majority of the trailers in the park have been very well maintained.
