On 9-1-22 around noon. The male that calls himself a manager that needs a lesson in humanity, courtesy, customer service. An elderly woman needed a restroom he was loud and rude telling her no that he would not let anyone open the restroom. She had her grandson with her for crying out loud. As they were leaving both the lady and myself said we would not be back because of his attitude. He said good I don't care. She didn't make it back to her vehicle before she went herself. I was parked by them. I have never ever witnessed such disregard for our older community let alone such obnoxious behavior out of a so called manager. Has Angel View lost it's values, what the stood for? This is one store the powers that be need to come in and fix the crew that is supposed to be representing them.

Just I want to say its not more covid to have the restrooms close, my daughter is down syndrome an the man He don't aloud use the restroom, my daughter with her intelligence She don't know rules of store, what people work here?
