Mia Limon has been our postman (woman) since we moved to Rancho Mirage in 2017! She goes out of her way to help the disabled and elderly people in Rancho Las Palmas across from the Rancho Mirage Post Office. As a highly honored former school administrator, I appreciate hard working employees. Mia Limon goes above and beyond her duties! She is so deserving of an award! I just wished I knew who to contact! She is always aware and ready to help the elderly in need of help, pretty much in a retirement community! Many single, elderly people here. Mia should get a commendation for keeping an eye on those elderly who are alone and vulnerable! She is a young mother raising kids, but just a gem for the old people in the Rancho Las Palmas Resort!

I went there after work to drop off some mail. The doors were locked as it was late. Okay, no problem, I wouldn’t want someone sleeping in there overnight either. What I could not fathom on any level was the lack of any mail box outside for walk up or… wait for it drive by so you don’t even have to get out of the car. Dumb!!

They P.O. doesn't want customers to have direct access. There is a number, and back in the day it was available. Perhaps there is a long-term resident of Rancho Mirage who still has the number in their Rolodex? If so, please post it!
Go to Walgreens. They will take your photo and done in less than an hour. I don't think Rancho Mirage Post office offers that service yet.
Usually no problem but once in a while they lose packages best thing to do is file a claim hopefully you have a tracking number.
It has been some time, but I simply went to Lowe's and ask for a postal box replacement lock to replace the postal lock on the neighborhood mail box.
I noticed today that the RM post office counter operation was closed. I did see that PO trucks were leaving the facility.
