I have a very important question to ask of you..this office is run by people who have no concept of peoples feelings..all they do is pass the buck...never do you get to talk to the doctor that gave you the medicine in the first place.

i agree. pain is a very serious problem and unless you suffet from it, no one understands. i had a terrible time with Dr. Khan, but very good appointment with the new doctors, Lynch and Patel respectively. they both were attentive and open to treatments for my chronic pain condition. unfortunately, staff is not tailor made to understand what we are going through, unfortunately. i wish things were different. i had a knee replacement 2 weeks ago. spent 5 days in Eisenhower then got dumped at Brookdale SNF which was horrible. talk about being ignored. That place is horrible and i am no better off today then i was 2 weeks ago. the sad thing is, pain is undiscriminate and most people just dont care. im sorry. i hope things get bettet for you.

They are very aloof. They change your doctor without asking and the portal has 24-48 hours to respond with an answer..that is unacceptable!
