Yes, you can park in the parking lot if you have to wait long, and you can walk to the arrivals area. Or if your picking up someone, there is a small arrivals section for cars next to the drop off, but they don't let you wait more than a couple minutes, it's best to park in the parking lot if they're still landing or waiting for bags.
