Unfortunately, per CBX website. You can only use the bridge to enter TJ within 24 hours of your flight departure. When Returning from your Trip, the CBX bridge can be used to cross to San Diego within 2 hours of landing in the Tijuana International Airport.
Maybe soon you pay the fee to cross the bridge is possible you entrance but. I not sure work this way.
