The location is magnificent! Several good eating places within walking distance,and the boardwalk and ocean/beach is seriously just a few steps away. The view is spectacular! spent hours outside the balcony just listening to the crash of the waves onto the beach.but I think they can up their game a bit need a bigger gym room

Had an absolutely AHHHMAZING time at your hotel! From the moment I checked in, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was amazing towards my 16yr old Son and I! We were actually there to celebrate his 18 year old brother's graduation from high school and the beginning of his freshman year in college, but unfortunately he became seriously ill at the airport and wasn't able to take the flight! With his dad on duty back at home caring for him, my younger son and I reluctantly made the treck without him. We've visited San Diego several times before but this was our 1st trip to this particular hotel. It was absolutely amazing! I believe the front desk staff picked up on my sadness that my oldest son wasn't able to attend, but the hotel staff particularly the front desk, Lloyd & Katie, made up for it, with a free upgrade to a partial, ocean-front view suite! It was ABSOLUTELY breathtaking! I'd like to personally thank each and every person that I interacted with at the hotel, simply because they were all so kind and and comforting and I really felt at home. I hope I don't leave anyone off of this list, but if I do, trust me, it is without malice. I'd like to personally thank: Lloyd Katie Nicholas Mason Donna Mike Taylor Miguel Zack Brenda JB Maximilian I can't wait to see you all again Thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us into your "Family."

I love this hotel. Working here has been the best experience I've had in years. The guests are all lovely, the staff is warm and welcoming. I love my job.

Location is perfect, right on the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful from the reception to the concierge to the housekeeping. Only issues were a bit of an "old" smell upon entry into the room, but that disappeared within a minute. Seems most of the property had recent renovations but somehow it still had a bit of a dated feel. Price was a bit high but it's understandable from a supply/demand standpoint. Most of it is because of the prime location.

Yes there is a smoking area next to the bike rentals in the alley right outside the hotel entrance. Hope this helps.
Yes you may. We will also give you a pool key so that you enjoy the beach or the pool. We will gladly store your luggage for you also!
More than likely not as you need a room key to get into the pool. I would call the hotel
The resort fee includes a welcome glass of wine for two, use of our beach cruisers, umbrellas, beach chairs and more! I will check with Delta vacations to let them know. Thanks!

Parking is secured, underground parking at a cost of $28.00 per night. Street parking though limited is at no charge.
You're one block away from the main through Affair which has plenty of restaurants
