For all the people talking down about the hotel is beyond me. Just because it's not high standard hotel are you going to just stay in the room or you going for the ocean and outdoors? This hotel is perfect the way it is. The manager is amazing. The front desk when I checked was outstanding. The room I got was just fine. I was there to sleep and be out doors all day. I will be back every year for my birthday and a couple times during the year before and after. Thank you for be a great place to stay!

Steps to the beach. Just at the end of the boardwalk so easy walking access to everything. Will be coming back here!!

Expensive but during peak busy season I paid about the going rate for the area. Surprisingly quiet, couldn't hear the revelers outside at all

Laura at the front desk is the best! Just call her and let her know when you'll be arriving. If she's not there leave a message for her and she'll call you back! If she has a room clean when you are needing to check in she'll get you right in. Most helpful property manager we've ever had in our travels!!! Awesome place! We loved our stay there!
Yes there is! The air conditioning worked exceptionally well! My room had a separate bedroom, which had ain conditioning units in each separate room! I hope you enjoy your room as much as I enjoyed mine! You will be totally beyond happy and satisfied!
I stayed there in November and free parking was not an issue If spaces are full there is also free parking at sister property close by Plus you are right at the beach
