We booked this room drove up and our car got surrounded by homeless had we stood there we would have got killed I believe the front desk guy was rude about it and could careless booking needs to take them off there site we ended up at the double tree by Hilton

My daughter stayed there last night, she and her co-workers (all women) ended up in one room because they were too afraid to be alone. She said she had never felt so unsafe. Holes in the walls, holes in the shower, horrible smell, peeling paint, and her door didn't fully shut & lock. No got any sleep, it was horrible.

It's a nice place close to a lot of things to see around that general area but the only thing is too many roaches they have to do a lot better controlling and killing them and I hope next time when we go that place will be a lot better we spend a lot of money when we're all there on vacation

This was one of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had. The room was outdated, the bed was so uncomfortable, the pillows were a joke, the bathroom was ew, the carpet was gross. Please don't stay here pay a couple extra bucks to stay somewhere that probably won't give you hepatitis.

This hotel is dirty. The also did not have the handicapped room I requested. Git room covered in dirt and mold

I disagree we stayed there several times in the past and had no issues maybe it's the room you are in try 203 although your room is next door to the DEA no roaches and saying that's the worst not at all the ez-8 motel on Pacific hwy is the worst hotel
