Rooms are pretty dated considering the premium price you pay. Location is unbeatable.

Lots of homeless around the hotel and staff doesn't seem to mind, bathrooms below par for the price (tubs rusty and paint peeling)

No Self parking, I highly recommend 6th and K Parkade. It's about 2 blocks over from the hotel. It's a dollar an hour. It's about a 3 min walk to the Hilton. It's that close! Hilton charges 49.00 for overnight parking.

Ranges between $12 - $18 for breakfast room service

Well the loft we stayed in had great view also great staff. But there was no free breakfast offered bummer! Still great stay !
