These folks are great, they will take paint turn in, up to 20 gallons. Be sure to call first to make sure they have enough room!

Yes , that store accepts old paint
Yes, there should still be liquid paint in the can (old, dried out or empty cans can be disposed of in your trash). Otherwise depending on space they will typically accept up to 20 Gallons.
In most of the stores Wednesday- Sundays, but it is always a good idea to call ahead to check their schedules/availability.
