Restrictions for travel deemed "non-essential" for tourists to the United States remain in effect. No restrictions apply for US citizens and residents. Foreigners with a B1 / B2 tourist visa who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be able to enter the United States beginning November 8 for non-essential travel through CBX. Travelers will need to present their proof of vaccination against COVID-19 as established by the CDC (vaccines approved by FDA and WHO for emergency use).
