I must say, this 'Ask a question' method is a very poor way to serve the public! Also, why shouldn't I be able to speak to a person when calling your number that's listed?

It is impossible to speak to a live person when you call the following number: (805) 568-2250. I do not have another number. I want to know when and how the copies I ordered over the internet will arrive. This no live contact via phone really sucks. I suppose the excuse is COVID. I did not know you could catch COVID through the phone.

You are able to speak to a person when you call their main line, if you call during their open office hours. It just takes a few menu option selections to find the right department before you are able to speak to an employee directly. I've called them several times during their business hours and have never had an issue with speaking to a person directly. I hope that that helps!
