It is very peaceful here. A beautiful environment. Great general manger, nice staff. Beautiful horses. Beautiful mountains view. Beautiful nice playground for the kids, has amazing amenities.

Thus is our 3rd trip here after becoming members of the Thousand Trails group. We love this campground . Everyone is friendly and the park is well kept. The pools could use a little more cleaning but it's hard to keep up because they are busy. Over all my family and I plan on coming back.

Not what we had in mind but it was okay. No internet at all unless you have Verizon and all you get is one bar or nothing in certain areas. No WiFi So if you want to desocialize this is the place for it wasn't us my kids specially No access to any source of internet The little store closes at 4:30pm A load flies You walk around the area there's is a bunch flies walking along with you.

Too hot and intense sun exposure all day for the RVs. Our AC could not keep up. A little too remote and doing anything at all requires a far drive. Scenery and mountains are beautiful. The remote location can be a positive thing too if that’s what you’re looking for. Zero cell service and wifi point in lodge is borderline unusable.

I believe so either or If you take your own horse it will still be the same amount without the horse I believe I'm not quite sure I've been there for a number of years I have mount horse up there but yes there is a fee for during the day
Rancho Oso is located in a rural area about 8 miles off state route 154. I camped there for a week about a month ago and never saw any shuttles. Assuming you’re referencing Santa Barbara Airport, Rancho Oso is only about 23 miles from the airport. Might be better to Uber or Lyft.
I find it's best to call directly for monthly rates.
It looked like it to me but I would call the Ranger to verify.
It is in the National Forest so you should check the regulations for your time of the year you are visiting. In summertime you cannot have an open fire
Unfortunately no we drove in with our travel trailer and was nervous about it. It was our first time but we made it through. No one was coming from the opposite direction thank God. Just go slow and u should be fine. It's so worth it . Its beautiful!!!

All sites are first come first served, including tent sites.
Yes but very limited. There is only one spot near the restaurant and the pool. Outside of that the whole area of the campsite has no connection.
Occasionally like holidays. If you would like to receive mail on a regular basis it best to get a post box.
Verizon worked in the park.

He does not speak Spanish. 🙁
There are many different Sansum clinic locations, but assuming you're referring to the nearest one it's around a 25 minute drive.
It is a thousand trails resort. But they allow for anyone to stay there.
They have a key coded gate. As long as you check in before closing (10pm at most locations), you'll have the pass code and can get back into the park anytime (day or night).
Yes they do for most spots. They may not allow pets at all rental facilities (cabins, trailers, etc).
They don't sell cabins, just rent.
They don't charge per person. They charge by the RV, by the tent or by the cabin. I hope this is helpful
If u go at the begining of the month its best....they buy hours like the airlines....months w holidays thw hours get used up fatser and towards to the end of the month they tend to be used....i get text fine w sprint....no cell service tho
