Had the same problem. Left numerous messages for my sales rep, then the sales supervisor. Even talked to service department to redirect my call. Nothing. Finally got tired of it and put in a complaint with their corporate office and suddenly I got 2 phone calls back. But not without some dissent and blaming me for not driving all the way out there to talk to them if I can't get through...really?!? Apparently they didn't like to be chastised by their corporate office but hey, I finally got my issue taken care of. Definitely not going back there for any future car needs. Not much of customer service after they got your money.
