Stopped for dinner on my way home after 8 pm & a 12 hr work day. Waited for 15 minutes to order, & found out @ pickup that they had only pineapple sauce available ; obviously not happy. Probably will not be going back…..🙈

Just came through the drive thru and ordered a tropichop with brown rice. The cashier informed me that they no longer serve brown rice. Not great but okay, then just skip the rice and give me black beans and chicken. The cashier stated, you have to have a base, so if you don’t want rice then you have to have lettuce…What?? I stated I didn’t want lettuce or white rice, and she stated again, you HAVE to have lettuce or rice…Have had issues here before but this one really was too much. I left and won’t be back.

I think the best answer is that they don't have a manager at most times. And if they do, that manager needs some serious training. The staff appears to run this location however they feel
There seems to be no incentive for the staff to package the precooked food and keep the line moving.
