Everyone at Earl Stewart Toyota made me glad I ordered my vehicle with them. They are 40minutes away from me, but worth the drive. The whole process was stress free and smooth. I would recommend them to my family and make sure you ask for Marlene when your ready to buy your next Toyota.

Update 3: Its been 7 months. No updates yet. Update 2: No updates. Update: I spoke with Josh Stuart today and he explained the complicated car allocation system. I will update this review once I get an update on my (new) car. They provide unrealistic expectations that they cannot keep up with. I ordered a car more than 3 months ago and I am still waiting. Now they do not have an ETA when the car will arrive. I could have spent my time elsewhere shopping for a car and probably I could have found one by now. I am truly disappointed.

I drove six hours from Gainesville to buy my 2022 RAV4 at Earl Stewart because they fully live up to their marketing of pricing transparency and integrity. Marlene Levy was incredibly helpful through every step of the process as we ordered my vehicle and waited through six months of supply chains issues for delivery. Financing was straightforward and I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed as a first time buyer. I traded in my 2005 Camry that was bought brand new from Earl Stewart and look forward to visiting them again in 15 years for my next vehicle.

Exceptional service even in these trying times. Great Job Elaine and Alan and everyone involved.

Maggie is excitedly preparing for her graduation from Dreyfoos School of the Arts Friday afternoon at the Fairgrounds. Her great grand mother, Virginia Stewart graduated from the same place in 1927 (when it was PBHS) and I, Grandpa Earl, graduated in 1958. 😁

Not sure, sorry. Contact Earl Stewart Toyota for your best answer.
They are always confidant on having parts in stock, however if not then they will steer you in the right direction.
That sounds like the battery is low. You may want to bring it to a service center. If you're nearby, we can diagnose for no charge.
When I dealt with them they offered a fair price for my car. Just take it in. They are the best, most honest dealer anywhere. Replaced my Prius battery for $1200 less than another Toyota dealer asked.
