Very rude people and not helpful

I called twice trying to give the FIRST rude person a pass but all I got was yet another very rude person off the bat from just picking up the phone. I have had 2 packages here over a week and a half. No one can tell me anything about them and why they have not left or why they just keep getting scanned going nowhere else. I have never had such horrible service in my life. If you don't like your job then leave but people just calling to calmly ask for an update about something they paid for and they have the audacity to catch an attitude. Hire better employees who would be grateful to even have a job.

One of the most rudest people I’ve ever talked with, my package has been held up there and instead of being polite the operator hung up and screamed me out, I called back and was just as polite she wouldn’t give me time to say anything before once again getting rude again.

Hi Marissa. I believe you want to get in touch with the Miami Distribution Center. Our name is similar but we have nothing to do with USPS. We get calls all day long so I can understand the confusion.

That shouldn't happen, but it could be due to weather realated set backs. I've also have had several problems with this sort of thing. But soon your package should be on the move.
