If you want to get food poisoning go here. I clearly put in my order no tomatoes. And told them at the pick up window no tomatoes. I got the wrong sandwich. And on top of that I had to wait 20mins for a mobile order. Staff are nonchalant and dont care. This is the worst location in palm beach county.

I'm giving 5 stars because I'm generous and most of my experiences at this location are pleasant, efficient, and worthy of my time. The process is incredibly nuanced. For example, the stream of communication between drive-thru attendants is a constant focus of this establishment and it is broadly understood that orders approach fulfillment after payments are processed. If an attendant can remain effortful throughout an entire shift, approaching each vehicle eagerly and attentively, much kudos. On today's visit, an amateur mistake was made due to a false-positive assessment of payment processing, and I had to insert my card again. It was okay mostly because I have time to waste

I didn't think I could give a 5 star rating to a fast food restaurant but they earned it. The chicken is delicious, the drive thru staff are the best I've ever encountered. The efficiency of the system they use with three lanes should be a model for all restaurants utilizing drive thru. Every single employee I encounter is so customer service oriented, I'd hire them! And, because of the faith behind the corporation, they are closed on Sundays. A company that cares about they're employees, what a concept!!!
