Their sales people are like hungry sharks. The finance guy is the great white shark. No one will get out of there in one piece. Probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life..
The worst experience ever i schedule an appointment for oil change on my carr and when i arrived they had me waiting for like 20 minutes then skipped me twice when it was my turn and to make it worst i was talking on the phone and i told my friend that i will not come back to this place for oil change even if i pay 75 dollars for it in another shop and this disrespectful guy named pablo the one that skipped me twice when he was supposed to take care of me first told me to go and take the carr to another place. So i left and then called to complain and the maneger never pick up the phone...!!!
Worst experience ever they lost my key. Told me I had insurance they would take care of it. No return calls and over charged me on the sell of the car. Didn’t realize it until I had a lawyer look thru all the paper work. They totally took advantage they won’t return any of my calls worst experience ever
Hence the PURPOSE of a deposit.
Yes that depends on who's your salesperson you have.Luke was my salesperson and he's as straightforward as they come.
I had Jame Thomas as a sales person. Straight forward, honest and they gave me over KBB on my trade in.
