The marriage license itself is $100, to reserve the civil ceremony time slot is $23, and the actual cost of the civil ceremony is$104, on-premises. However, if you need to use either the Sunken Gardens or Mural Room the cost will be$116.
You can get married there. The grounds are open to the public so you may have unwanted guest:) most people will respect your ceremony, but I don't think you can reserve any area of the grounds. Our friends got married in the tower and had lots of onlookers.
