You can park on the wharf. Im not sure how much they charge. Great parking if your there during the week or early hours but cone weekend or holidays it's awful. You can get stuck in there with no parking just trying to see. I recommend if there's a line to get in that goes to the actual parking then don't enter and park on the street.

Yes, I would recommend the parking in the kind of park on the left facing the wharf. $2 per hour. You can park at the wharf itself by I think it's nicer to walk on there.

You let the parking ticket be valudated at the restaurant at the right side in the beginning of the wharf and i believe the max is 12$ but most don't park there all day

That depends on how long and where you stay... I think if you research hotels and resturant prices you'll get a good idea of base amount but when in Santa Barbara try Sambo's for breakfast first! Also a drive along the 154 would be nice to see.

I was there over the weekend and there wasn't any fireworks show.

I had gone there in evening time at sunset, we seen there is on the main road side there is a of lot of shops & Restuarant there and also on the warf also there is some restaurants also. I did not know about perfect reply of your question.
