I made a flight change and they said that in 8 hours they would issue the ticket and it was not like that. Finally at the Miami airport and in the last 5 minutes a couple of good officials finally solved the problem and I was able to board the flight. That customer service is a real disaster, the flight left on time with no complaint in that part.
