First time and the food is so disappointing. For an official airline of Portugal, there was no Bacalhau offered. Just a beef or cheese entree. I couldn’t eat either, due to allergies. Makes no sense for the flight to be delayed 2 hours and then arrive super early; forcing you to wander around, super exhausted, until 3pm checkin. Just poor planning on a first impression and seamlessness.

TAP is a disaster, do not fly with them. We have been trying to get a refund for months and have been entirely unable to get this, they owe us $6500. There are other options for great airlines out there and you don't need to fly TAP. Send your business elsewhere.

After waiting 6 months for a refund, see below: TAP has completed the analysis of your refund and it has been approved. Soon, the financial institution issuing your credit card will have the amount available. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer to confirm the payment date. I was told they would refund $57, original purchase price was over $2,000. We canceled our flight back in December because we had COVID and couldn't fly. What a poor excuse for an airline. In a world where we all have choices, I choose never to fly this airline again. Taking my hard earned savings for their own corporate greed, in a time of Pandemic...disgraceful!

I tried to check in checked baggage two days before the flight, the site was bugging and returning to the previous step instead of accessing the payment. Arrived at the embarkation the luggage costs 118$ instead of 75€ on the site. I tried to show my internet history, nothing to do. It would have taken a screenshot of the payment page (which I was never able to access) to prove that their site was crap!! 😠
