I came here today, and I received a very bad costumer service from an old white man that worked today 9/4/2022 at 1:30pm. This person ask me to leave without reason, in a rude way and without notice. Manager should hire polite and good employees for this store. I hope the manager can resolve this because this is store doesn’t have a supervisor.

(Give a raise to this man) a man who was working at around 4 pm was super helpful i was nervous and confused and he was so calming and useful he was a young white male and kinda skinny i think he might be new and kind pls give him a raise he takes his job serious

One of the best Adult shops in Miami. Clean and bright inside as opposed to the gloomy dark shops I have been to. Very informative staff that will teach you everything from lubes to the various types of toys in stock. There’s a woman in store most days from 9am-5pm if you’re worry about having to speak to a man but if you’re comfortable, the man at night who has been helping me for years is about the funniest and nicest person ever and been in the business for more than a decade so he knows his stuff!!
