No. Anyone can try to adopt any animal, but if your lifestyle, age, medical status has issues... adopting a young puppy is not advisable. Puppies don't stay small forever & they have lots of energy. The same can't be said for seniors. Will that 70 year old lady still be able to walk her puppy after 5 or 10 years when the dog is fully grown? If not,, then what happens?
Be prepared to answer few questions . They want to know if you have any other animals in the house before you adopt
