I have to be honest, i worked in the Willowbrook location for ten years. It is a very very very clean restaurant. The kitchen, the line, the front, everything. They keep the staff to crazy standards. If your plate was greasy it's probably because of a price of food or when they plate it. Think of you putting did on your own plate, it doesn't always fall perfectly... Now times that by 5000 people. The dishwasher is massive. That place was tough to work at but I can tell you that it is clean.

A few months ago my wife and i were st the Menlo Park location and the servet brought us water with no ice in terrible looking weathered glasses with no ice and flatware that was oily and had remnants of food on them. I asked to apeak to the manager and they replaced the glasses and flatware. Today, we were st the Willowbrook Mall and decided to est there, the food was served on plates that had grease smears on the edges of the plates with finger prints even. We ordered the meatloaf and it was way to peppery. I think i am done with the Cheesecake Factory for good.
