Deja,the manager is a gem! My daughter and I walked into the beautiful store on a mission .....walk out of the store with the perfect recliner suited fo my immediate needs. Deja made it happen.How?? Thru her empathy, pleasant manner,and knowledge of her stock. We were very grateful as to how well our entire experience was!

We purchased two recliners from laz boy furniture assuming it was quality furniture. This has been a colossal disappointment. We wasted money on the extras, like upgraded memory foam and upholstery only to have it falling apart. The chairs had been serviced approximately a year ago and the tech, which was local at the time recommended a new seat or even total replacement of the chairs, that’s how bad they are. A tech arrived this evening from Tri County Furniture Service based out of Florida. He was clearly untrained, had no tools, or knowledge on how to make the repair. Laz Boy sent us a “replacement cushion” for one of the chairs - when the tech opened the box, the “pieces of foam” where stained and appeared used. There was no seat cushion in the box. Laz Boy Furniture in my opinion is one step away from clearance furniture that you’d find at any department store, along with being very overpriced. Don’t waste your money…

I’m so happy that LAZBOY was my first stop when shopping for a new reclining couch. They had selection of couches to choose from and each had very nice features. They were not all cookie cutter looks in different fabrics. Most importantly, no one was there to intercept us at the door to follow us around with a hard sell. We were politely greeted and invited to call upon the sales rep if we needed anything or had questions. We were able to look around on our own, have private conversations about style and finances and then request assistance when we were ready. That’s just huge. Our salesperson, Deja, was so very helpful. She was knowledgeable about each of the couches we were interested in and was instrumental in us finding a couch that we could have delivered fairly quickly. The financing process was so simple and, while I hope we won’t be needing anything again in the very near future, LAZBOY will absolutely be my first stop when we do.

Elijah was over and beyond helpful! After visiting the store, he was in touch with emails to assure that I get what I needed and what I wanted in the budget that I had. He went the extra mile. When I went back to the store, Deja was there to also very kindly assist me and finish my transaction. They both had very excellent customer service. I’m very happy with the experience!
