Lori in the wayne Willowbrook location was a big help with me today!!!!! She measured me and showed me some bras she recommended and was in love with them to the point I ended up getting more! She was great company to be around very outgoing, professional, and stayed true to herself and I really love that. That was one of my best experiences of service for my first time shopping at Victoria Secret!!!!

I bought a bra and I did not keep the size and I went to return it for one size more and they told me that I had to pay 20 dollars more and I told him because if the same size they told me that that color is on sale, only that color and that's it there is no more and they gave me no solution

I was at the store yesterday and felt the need to make people aware of what to expect. I am assuming shoplifting is on the rise however that’s not the fault of the good shoppers. When you first approach the store you are greeted by someone who I think is security asking if you need any help before they even let you in the store. I was with my teenage daughter. I’m not a fan of walking around with a VC bag especially for my daughter. I prefer to take my purchase after I pay and put it in my purse to forgo the bag. In all the years I have shopped here this has never been a problem until yesterday. Not only do you have to walk out with a bag but they need to staple your receipt to the outside of the bag. I’m not sure why as there is no one checking as you leave the exit. I’m not sure why it bothered me so much however I feel it’s my right to not waste the bag or have everyone in the mall know what I purchased and where I purchased it from. After completing my purchase the cashier told me to just hit accept on the pin pad…when I looked down to see what I was accepting it wanted to sign me up for emails…I hit skip and the eye roll and attitude that followed was unacceptable. It was in that moment I remembered exactly why I like to shop online. I think they need a crash course in customer service…if everyone goes back to shopping online they won’t have their jobs!

I really enjoy going to this Victoria secrets as well as the other Victoria’s secrets stores. They have so many Beautiful lingeries. it is very convenient to have the angel forever card because the discounts are phenomenal.. their staff are so helpful and friendly.. recommend it 100 %
