I'm giving you from my personal experience that it is a very friendly environment and honestly no problems whatsoever. Every time I've been there it's been easy, quick in getting a lane. The attendance have been very easy to speak to as well as the cooking area makes really good food. Fun simple experience and the environment definitely shows it. I would recommend to at least give it a shot and make your own opinion out of it.

Don’t you dare show up without a reservation! You will never bowl. My party of 4(only one lane needed) showed up and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. An hour later, we asked the employee if we were almost up. We were told that it would be an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes. They do not care unless you have a reservation. Absolutely horrible customer service.

The “owner” was very disrespectful, and so was the man working at the register. He kept harassing my party to show ids when we already showed the lady at the bar our ids and she told him she saw them. Everyone that was in my party was over 21. He made the lady take away the last round of shots even though it was already paid for and she saw our ids. The guy at the lane register threw our change (we were getting refunded for our lane) on the counter and said “don’t come back.” Was this because we were literally the only black party there? Every bowling lane was occupied by white parties except for ours. Yet, we were the only ones targeted.

We had our second employee meet and greet there. The first was a month ago. My bosses spent well over $300 on food. The owner confronted one of my bosses about the food that was brought in for 2 people who had special dietary needs. When the owner was told they need Kosher food his response was “ I don’t care! “ Needless to say we will be having our next employee get together elsewhere.
