The store manager, Rich, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been nothing but accommodating, understanding and helpful throughout the many changes I've had to made with my unit (switching to a larger size as well as changing my reservation dates multiple times) I highly recommend utilizing this location for the simple fact that Rich offers amazing customer service! Nenuchka Plaza is one of the nicest, helpful, most respectful Managers I've ever met. I wish everyone in customer service was just like her. I actually enjoy seeing her when I go in the office, and she always asks how my wife is. She also waves to her and says hello if my wife is in the car. I can only give her 5 stars, but if I could I would give her 20 😉 Thank you for being so good to us for the past couple years since we've known you, you're the best!
