Hi I just wanted to say never go this place the servers are Bias toward There own Black people. My wife and family got seated the server walked up to us and said I’ll be with you in a minute. Then 15 minutes went by then a WHITE couple walked in he immediately took there order and got them drinks even before coming back to take our order. I just could not take the disrespect so we took our business elsewhere. Staff needed to be retrained. When we mentioned to see the the manager they said it’s a waste of time here.

This place is horrible. First time I visit a place like this. So sorry but I never recommend this place. The customer service are horrendous. Never go there. And look the presentation of this food. So sorry but. Don’t go there.

It was my first time trying Fridays at this location and I have to say it was truly a great experience. Haz was so friendly & very helpful. Her energy was so radioactive and amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back with my family. And to this location more often. Much cleaner and friendlier than others.

I n vee leave bad reviews but my experience was the worst ever. I took my girlfriend their for her birthday after spending the day in NYC. We got there at 11:15pm and placed an order for appetizers and our meal. Our appetizers came at 11:55pm then our meal came at 12am. I ordered my steak medium and it came well done. I had to wait till 12:15 to get someone to come to the table and I told them and they said they didn't have time to make another steak. Because they close at 1am. I then asked for a brownie desert so I could eat something since I had to drive 2h home. At 12:40am they came back and said they couldn't make any more food. I've never left a place so hungry in my life. This is unacceptable. They also turned the light off at 12am hinting at they wanted everyone to leave. I had to use my flashlight on my phone to look at my food. I also just called the manager today again which is the next day and she told me that the other manager said I didn't want any food and that they were willing to make me new food and that they had dessert but I didn't want them. This is completely unacceptable and I ended up having to buy food from a pilot gas station that night. I will never go back there again even if they offered free food.
