Does anyone have a phone number where they actually have a real person to speak too? Trying to renew a license but I have to take an eye test so I can't do it online and there no way for me to make an appointment online and then no one answers phones

Schedule your appointment online towards 11pm. Select "Reinstatement". That is the only way I was able to schedule my appointment on yesterday. Once you arrive just let them know what you are there for and they will assist you.
